Privacy

We do not sell or share personal or sale information with any outside organizations. All information is only used to contact you concerning your purchase.

Shipping  

We try to ship all orders the next business day. We attempt to have ample supplies of all Neos product in inventory. In case an item is not in stock we will have it drop-shipped directly from Neos. Neos policy is to ship within 3 days. We will email you in case of further delays.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States via standard FedEx service as well as offering next day, 2nd or 3rd day services.  We can ship USPS to PO Box within the United States for an additional charge of $5.00.

We ship to APO/FPO  military mail addresses. Use APO as the city and AE etc for the state.

We do ship credit card orders to Canada and other foreign countries. Preferred method of shipping is USPS, global air. Prices quoted in our shopping cart do not include your country’s duties and taxes Any duties and taxes, relating to your order, paid by us will be charged to your credit card.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when the order is send to the warehouse (or Neos) for shipping.

Returns

Items may be exchanged or returned without a return handling charge, less shipping, for any reason, so long as the below conditions are followed. Items thought to be defective are subject to the Neos warranty. No warranty is expressed or implied by Runsoft (doing business as Theshoeworks.com).

1. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment ( Except for Christmas gifts, these have to be returned/exchanged by mid January following the year of purchase). Items must be new and unused and in original packaging. Packages must contain all accessories, booklets, warranty cards, etc.

2. Even if your item was drop-shipped by NEOS, all returns must be made to:

Unless a wrong item was shipped in error by us, you are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning merchandise to Runsoft. We strongly suggest using UPS or Insured US Mail and that you keep your receipts. In cases of lost items shipped, the sender must make a claim with the shipper.

3. Return Form: The following information will be needed to process your return quickly and easily. You may cut and paste this into Word, Wordpad, etc. for your convenience:
